"The Heroic Gems of the Red Clay: Honoring the Untold Valor of the Georgia's WWI African American Talented Tenth" highlights the heorism and intelligence of Georgia's African American heroes. They include Buffalo Soldiers turned WWI Heroes; a Viennese trained physician; the U.S. Congressman who sheltered Emmett Till's body back to Chicago; honors graduates from Atlanta, Howard, Harvard, Yale, and the University of Michigan; as well as, the first Black Georgia pharmacist, only two Black attorneys (1930s to 1950s), chaplains; dentists, educators; historians; inventors; musicians and millionaires! Come find out how much of this history is really true. Oh! It's all true.
